Learning Architect offers courses and workshops to companies trying to improve the quality of their human resources and organizational culture. As their customer base increased, it got harder to keep track of which trainer is in charge of which trainee groups, of how much each customer had to pay and how much each trainer was owed. 

So, we built a platform taking care of all that. It enables trainers to manage their courses, from student enrolment to getting paid for their work. A special feature is the integration with Google Calendar and Email so that trainers get an email and automatically have their Calendar changed whenever the admins make an update to the course schedule. 

Technologies and architecture

We built this comprehensive system using MySQL, PHP and Laravel for the back-end, JQuery and Bootstrap for the front-end. We integrated the app with Google APIs for managing meeting requests and changes.
